What’s My Fit Size?
On the chart, use your under-bust measurement to give you your band size, or body size. For example, if you have a 76cm under-bust your band size is a 12.
What’s My Cup Size?
The next step is to move down the column from your band size to find your over-bust measurement. Then, follow the row across to the far left column where you will find your cup size. For example, if you measure 93cm your cup size is 12D.

A softer, less full appearance with nipples tending to point downwards. Best styles: Balconette, Full Coverage and Minimiser.
Fuller below the nipple, with less fullness above. Best styles: Full Coverage, Push Up, T-Shirt and Minimiser.
Face outwards, towards the arms - rather than the centre of the chest. Best styles: Plunge, Balconette and T-Shirt.
Muscular, firm and typically smaller. They don’t require a lot of support. Best styles: Push-Up, Bralette and T-Shirt.
